I have no opinion on the Trump tax story because I can’t even pretend to understand the complexities of the tax code. But if whatever Trump did was legal, the problem is the tax code and not Trump. I can’t blame any person or business for trying to minimize their tax exposure.

Yes, I believe Ford. She was a good witness. But given the magnitude of both the charge and the injustice of getting it wrong, we need more than the credible testimony of an accuser. We need some objective corroboration. Anything short of this is irresponsible and reckless.
