Met and extended my best wishes to the first batch of selected devotees from Dabolim constituency as they embarked on their sacred journey to Prayagraj for the Maha Kumbh Mela under the Mukhyamantri Dev Darshan Yojana. Under the leadership of the Goa government, three special trains have been arranged to Prayagraj and back, ensuring free travel and food en route for nearly 1,000 pilgrims per train. Wishing all devotees a safe and spiritually enriching pilgrimage as they take part in the world’s largest religious gathering. May this journey bring them divine blessings and fulfillment.

Held a meeting with Goa Housing Board Chairman Shri @JitArolkar at the New Vaddem Office to discuss the regularization of Housing Board houses in New Vaddem. The discussion, attended by the Housing Board MD, CO, Chairperson, and PDA Member Secretary, focused on streamlining the process and addressing key concerns to ensure a smoother and more efficient regularization framework.

Chaired a meeting with the United Taximen Association at the New Vaddem Office, joined by DySP and PIs, to address pressing concerns regarding illegal touts and the safety of tourists arriving at Dabolim Airport. Assured all stakeholders that strict action will be taken by the police to curb these issues and create a safer environment for travelers. Present at the meeting were Dy. S.P. Gurudas Kadam, ADT Vasco Santosh Gawde, Dabolim Airport PI Arun Bakre, Dabolim Airport Traffic Cell PI Rahul Damshekar, along with representatives from the Airport Taximen Union, including President & Chicalim Panch Shailesh Mayekar, V.P. Sanjay Naik, and other members.
