@farkomd @PipeCabreraV @TomVargheseJr @drdevirgilio Most patients with a ruptured AAA are frail, with CAD, CHF, etc. The risk of AKI is low, as you will clamp below the renal arteries. Postop care is extremely important in these cases. Open surgery is always a good option, especially in experienced centers.
