Biblical days are not evening to evening. That is a tradition of men inherited by the Jews while they were exiled to Babylon. Before this, their days were from morning to morning. Matthew 28:1, Leviticus 7:15, and Deuteronomy 21:23 make no sense with an evening to evening day.
