Loved my time working with Jym. Was always kind to me and man, did he have a passion for weather and Iowa. And he was always up for a fun bit for the sports team. What a life. What a career.
Beloved former NBC4 meteorologist Jym Ganahl has died, his family announced Wednesday. He was 76.

@obenatar512 But also, the artists you mentioned have been around for decades. So there’s a level of respect they had before that show too. I think Kendrick played to his audience, who loved it. If you’re not his audience, that’s on the viewer, not him IMO
