Correction, the original article I believe CNN stated Kilowatt hours, but seems to be taken down. It's actually mWHRs, but the 450 times uptick is still accurate. Meaning if one day of power normally cost you $4 it would cost you $1800

Waitng for the dozen of saftey reports over the years that fenders should have been installed and it was deemed too expense or money was rerouted to a sports arena or more likely cops.
Notice how the Key Bridge had no fenders. This is why fenders are so important. The only type of protection in this case was the foundation itself, which was not big enough to alter to the course of the ship given the concave shape of the hull. Poor design. 1/2
