Missing most of ‘23 with injuries, Delmus Russ of the

has made major adjustments. Focusing on matching plane of rotation, cleaning up arm path, and not over rotating, he has seen significant velocity, command, and health improvements. Avg FB has gone from 88.9 to 92.9
