We are off to a strong start in 2025. Yesterday I met with a handful our or Massimo Members - our #CRE Broker coaching clients, and asked them for their wins of the week. Caution - CRE Deals are happening! · Got a proposal on a 330 unit deal last week with a larger operator worth about $75 million. · Hired a new junior broker - starts June 1st (new grad) · Tenant Rep Transaction 40,000 RSF · Have 2 competing offers on our $8m listing. · 70MM dollar LOI on an off-market deal. Never would have pursued without coaching!! · Huge win for development and picked up a 300k industrial client off a cold call · Let go of a listing that didn’t fit our business plan.
