Heres some early video of the construction of the Discovery District at the University of Maryland with regards to the Quantum Initiative and IonQ Will start sharing more vids, pics and docs until Quantum morale improves
@skykiing Very cool Then they built the Discovery District which is the epicenter of Quantum for UMD

Weeks huh? We've been waiting, are we pushing this out until March? We're supposed to be done with all the major foundational model updates by late February, we're running up against the clock
The Information reports Anthropic is about to release a hybrid AI model in the coming weeks that can switch between fast responses and deep reasoning, with a unique sliding scale for developers to control computational costs, according to a person who's used it - When the Anthropic model is allowed to think for the maximum amount of time, it outperforms OpenAI's most advanced available reasoning model (o3-mini-high) on some programming benchmarks, being more adept at business coding tasks like understanding complex codebases with thousands of files, though o3-mini remains stronger at academic programming problems - Unlike OpenAI's three fixed settings (low/medium/high), Anthropic's model lets developers precisely control computational resources through a token-based sliding scale, which can be set to "0" to use it as a run-of-the-mill, non-reasoning model similar to GPT-4o

RT @murage_kibicho: @Masi366531 Ask not what the machine can do for you But what you can do for the machine.

@KshetezVinayak Some rich people will immediately donate a lot to support the effort Most people don't have money and never pay for software, they'd rather be data mined This business model has been tried by the movie industry pretty successfully, pay what you will after you exit the movie...

The Kingdom will have it... Its time to steamroll the hardware people and their process and their manufacturing...
3D printing PCB ,looks interesting , but the high printer costs make it less cost-effective when compared to traditional PCB manufacturing. #electronics #pcbassembly

@robin_faraj False I learned this the hard way in my early days as a tech entrepreneur. Marketing is way more important than most tech people will want to admit.

@AllanatrixQ Exactly The box actually doesnt need the repo and the readme and all the other bs files. It just needs the bare minimum files to run

@AllanatrixQ The tooling systems and complexities we've added to things over the years has spiraled out of control. With the AI era we need to start asking ourselves if we really need all this madness or if there is a better way to do things
