@BTCBreadMan I just argued with some friends about this. They kept bringing up the amortization schedule, and that you basically pay for your house twice with interest. I had to bust out a mortgage calculator to prove it to them. They kept telling me I should pay off my 2.5% mortgage!

Common sense. But Dave Ramsey got everyone fooled
Do you think that all debt is bad? My Dad always said to own your home outright as soon as you can. But my Sister kept a 3% mortgage and invested the extra cash. Nearly 10 years later, her investments outpaced the interest she would've saved.
