@PabloVidalRibas I have worked as a scientific editor for the past 8 years, and it has definitely gotten harder to find reviewers. I see two reasons: 1) People are busy! Finding the time for reviewing is just hard. 2) There are more papers to review now and many are not great

Nichol rocked at AAVP!
Was very honored to present my PhD work on the improved genome assembly of the equine bloodworm at #AAVP2024. I had many wonderful discussions with friends and colleagues. Many thanks to my advisor @MartinKNielsen, my committee, and mentor @stephenrdoyle for your guidance!

Thanks to contributions from an excellent committee, we have these guidelines a complete overhaul. Lots of new stuff in here.
The AAEP has issued revised Internal Parasite Control Guidelines to help minimize the risk of parasitic disease and maintain the effectiveness of current drugs for as long as possible by delaying further development of anthelmintic resistance. Read more:

Nice road trip down to Tennessee to visit our friend and collaborator, Dr. Craig Reinemeyer. We had a great time tossing crazy research ideas (Dr. R. calls them brain farts) back and forth. We need to do this more often!
