Today was a motivational day. My second 800 since last year went incredible 2:03 insane for me as an 10th grader .Went from a 2:06 in the 4x8 to a 2:03 in the 800 open. I’m really ready for the steeple chase with Quick Silver ! Thank you coaches @CoachKevinFost1 @Coach_Colvin1
