Today I lose my job of 2+ years. Tied for my favorite job ever. We built an operations wing of an E&P from the ground up and did some outside of the box stuff. Today I also officially start my own operating company! Been a dream of mine for 4 years. Time to get after it!

Exhausted and yet energized at the same time doesn't begin to describe the feeling of starting up a company. The highs are high and the lows are lows. Somedays I think I'm in over my head and others I know exactly what I am doing. My only regret is I didn't start up sooner.

Well file organization is such a mess. I hate having to drive into 15 folders before locating a file I should be able to hit two filters for Well files on a on premise server is not the future. They need to be tagged to the appropriate pad, well, lease, and then tagged properly.
