I just think that the video was unnecessary, & the 👮rlaughing really riled me. Arrest him-fine. But humiliate him? I didn't know that was part of the arresting process.

@McnairStua57962 @FarazPervaiz3 I agree-his behaviour is shameful, and it is quite clear from the video that he does feel ashamed. But I don't see it as the Police's job to shame or humiliate him. If we truly want to rehabilitate people like him-shaming him in that way is not going to achieve that.
