No it’s not because you are investing that extra $5000 a month into the markets instead of home expenses that don’t increase equity. The avg home will return you about 3% a year over a 30-year mortgage. The stock market has crushed that.

I love $HOOD because I genuinely believe they will be the Chase Bank for Gen-Z and Gen Alpha. No young people are using brick and mortar banks. Robinhood expanding out of trading and into IRAs & credit cards they are on the way to becoming a one stop shop for everything you need.

Not sure $HFG is a good comparison seeing as they operate in a highly saturated sector that was bound to lose growth. $HIMS may not have a moat but they have built incredible brand awareness amongst millennials and gen-z with their digital marketing.
