I am sorry but this is an absolute disgrace. Instead of the RFL looking for solutions to potential “issues”, they try and eliminate the perceived problem. I’ve said it before and I will say it again, the RFL is not fit for purpose under its current guise.
Toronto haven't entered the Challenge Cup because they were asked to pay a significant sum to the RFL on the basis they reached the Final. This year's attendance saw the RFL lose a big sum of money and they had to cover their backs in case a non-UK side reached the final.
