@adamUCF @Azobocse @RivianTrackr If you looked into it further you would find the issues are at the state & city level, not the federal government. States have moved very slowly & once awards have been granted, local utilities are holding up things with permits, etc.

@Hilbe Don’t love it. Don’t hate it. If I wanted a car that looked futuristic I would personally pick something like this over the Cybertruck (aesthetically so).

@EVPoliticsUSA Long term, the question is whether or not Tesla becomes synonymous with conservatism, resulting in EV resistant buyers moving to EV’s & the brand. Will the Cybertruck be the ultimate “owning the libs” vehicle? Will that be enough?

@Hilbe I was really hoping Rivian would do another event in March where they provided a comprehensive R2 update, including bringing out a R2 in every available color at launch. Alas it doesn’t seem to be in the cards any time soon.

@RivianTrackr When did Rivian start aggressively trying to move Gen 1 vehicles in ‘24 with great lease deals and other promotions? Did that start as early as January?
