There have been so many messages of support flooding my inbox. I have been overwhelmed by the kindness. I went from having no shoes to 2 pairs in less than 48 hours.Thankyou everyone for the concern and encouragement. I can now train for the Olympics without worrying about shoes.

Off-season training begins today, and it marks day 1 of my journey to the Olympics. I need to run 10.00s before June 30th, 2024. My personal best is 10.05s, so that means a new personal best for me to get to the Olympics. Grateful that I have a chance at redemption.

We are sprinters, but this journey sure feels like a marathon. Didn't get the results we had hoped for, but I was just so happy and humbled to be at the world relay championships. I'm proud of our team. They gave it their all. Back to the drawing board and onto the next🇰🇪💪🏿

Managed a 10.09s( wind aided🙃) yesterday with these faithful shoes and I'll go fast again in them next week, probably the week after too...point is it's not the shoe running and I'm so grateful for that, otherwise I'd never move.

For context, in 2021, I qualified for the Olympics right before the deadline. I was battling an injury, I had no sponsors /support, and I had to run on borrowed shoes. Looking back, it was a thrilling adventure.

I had to test my supplements at a wada accredited lab. There's no way to do a screening before usage unless you can afford it. The costs are too high. Testing one bottle costs 1000usd
