I will never be David Moyes’ biggest fan but him jumping up and down in the back with a beer in hand singing about Bowen shagging Dani Dyer will never not be hilarious to me.
This years weather so far has been horrific, wasn’t it lucky for the government that 4 years ago when they locked us down we had wall to wall sunshine for weeks on end. It’s almost like they planned it that way 🤷♂️
Declan Rice is the exact same player he is at Arsenal that he was at West Ham. He hasn’t suddenly improved massively in 4 months. Yet all these same pundits told you only way he could become world class was to leave us. No. He was already world class you just didn’t watch us.
June 2019 West Ham had Marko Arnautovic, Javier Hernandez, Lucas Perez and Andy Carroll on their books with Michail Antonio as an Auxiliary striker if needed.
18 months later January 2021 West Ham have Michail Antonio as the only player on their books who can play striker.
Honestly Declan Rice sounds like a guy who doesn’t want to move but is pretty much being forced by the powers in football that he ‘can’t’ stay at West Ham.
I will die on a hill that Scamacca is one of the biggest regrets I will have as a West Ham fan I truly believe he's a quality striker. We didn't make adaption easy for him at all here on or off the pitch. We move on but will always think what could've been
What I love about this is that Mark Noble knows precisely what he has done. He hasn’t named the owners directly but he’s poured about 100 litres of gasoline onto a fire that was already burning strong.
Jim White literally squirming in his seat and trying to move the topic as far away from West Ham as possible once Redknapp starts saying Gold and Sullivan need to sell the club 😂😂
And here Jamie O’Hara emphasises everything wrong with modern day football and justifies an awful attitude that has held many English footballers back for years.

Updated stat:
Avram Grant managed 47 games for West Ham. Won 15 games. Drew 12. Lost 20.
David Moyes is on 44 games managed for West Ham. Won 12. Drawn 12. Lost 20.
3 games to get 3 wins just to match Avram’s record. Moyes has lost as many games as Grant did.
Steidten: ‘Hi David. Good news I’ve found a great player. Name is Osman shall I sign him?’
Moyes: ‘Really? Thought there was no chance? Absolutely get him in.’
Steidten: ‘Just sorting final details now.’

Moyes: ‘Kevin! Leon is coming out retirement!’
Can’t believe we’re at a point where pundits are being as disrespectful as saying Rice should go on strike
Bet Danny Murphy isn’t telling Harry Kane he should go on strike to force the move he wants from Tottenham
Disgraceful from Danny Murphy to show this level of disrespect

Simon Jordan as an ex-football chairman surely understands.
West Ham don't want to sell Rice. Unless someone makes a bid that is too good to refuse. The number which is too good to refuse is £100m. It's really not rocket science.
Unless this is why he failed as a chairman.
Just a reminder. Zabaleta is out of contract at the end of the season. Never too early to start the campaign for a new one year deal. The guy has been nothing but class for us.
David Moyes now can’t beat the points total Pellegrini had at the point he was sacked in the season.
Pellegrini had 19 points from 19 games
Moyes has 15 points from 18 games.
I still add the caveat that Pellegrini had Roberto in goal for 8 games.
Manuel Pellegrini currently has the highest win percentage of any permanent West Ham manager so far 👀
Pellegrini - 46%
Bonds - 43%
Paynter - 41%
Pardew - 41%
West Ham’s big money signings down the years:
Dyer: Broke leg
Bellamy: Injury prone
Ashton: Broke ankle, retired early
Savio: Played 10 games
Jarvis: 0 assists 1st year
Andy Carroll: Injury prone
Andre Ayew: Tore hamstring
Zouma: Kicked a cat
Aguerd: Surgery before full debut
That chuckle at the end is 100% the chuckle of someone who has been watching these videos and knows about the fun of waiting to see how a player says the word irons 😂
Obviously Sullivan played a key role getting deals of Anderson, Fornals and Haller done so deserves credit.
But seriously Pellegrini is best appointment we’ve made in my lifetime imo. Without him we would not have had a chance of signing these players.
I’m going to keep shouting this from the rooftops. You’d don’t need to be at a big club to be world class. It’s arrogance and naivety if you think otherwise.
“You’d have to say Casemiro!” 🇧🇷💪
🏆 “Declan needs to go to a bigger club, and be doing it week in, week out!”
Gabby Agbonlahor & Ray Parlour would rather have Casemiro right now, over Rice.
Travesty that the game has ended 1-1. No one can explain to me how this is offside. Duffy plays the ball against Antonio. And there are two Brighton players clearly behind the goalkeeper. Antonio clearly onside. I just seriously don’t get it outside of match fixing.
Done a check and this is the worst run any manager has been on since Avram Grant. Allardyce, Bilic, Pellegrini all three of them picked up more points in their worst runs than Moyes. They all had spells of 7 games winless but they all picked up at least 2 points during that run.
Hey football gods. You couldn’t give me a West Ham v Barcelona semi-final nor could you give me a West Ham Europa league final appearance (and win) please could you just let West Ham win 1-0 today with the winner being a Mark Noble penalty please x
There is not a single central defender in the Premier League playing better than Angelo Ogbonna right now. The fact this is not recognised outside of West Ham really is travesty.
So so bad from West Ham. This is what is so frustrating about David Moyes. He always does just enough to keep his head above water and paper over the cracks without ever actually dealing with issues in the team. They lead to games like this and the cycle repeats.
I’m going to say this one more time just in case those in the back didn’t hear.
There is no way one summer of overspending, having been preceded by years of underspend, should financially break you as a club.
If it does then you have to question those in charge of finances.
How we played in the second half is how we should have played in the first half but Moyes set us up awfully and the damage was done then. A good result after being 2-0 down but awful in the bigger picture. Just emphasises for me the need for new manager next season.
Liverpool score offside goal. Not mentioned until 7th paragraph. West Ham score handball goal. Spend the first three paragraphs focusing on it. BBC for you.
Michail Antonio has scored 4 times in 20 Premier League games. Not including today.
Your main striker, especially when you have only one, needs to your main goal source. There is only so much you can rely on Bowen and Behrahma to chip in with goals.
📝 - Ajax will sign Sébastien Haller from West Ham United for €20M. The payment of the transfer fee will be spread over the next 4 or 5 years which means Ajax will only have to pay €4M or €5M for now. [via

Really poor from Ghana. It’s one extra day and could get injured anytime. Also really poor by the PL who should have ensured the integrity of their competition and allowed a level playing field for this game week by agreeing with FIFA a later compulsory release date for PL teams.

Souness blaming Noble is all wrong. Noble always speaks for the team. You can guarantee that if he said it he said it with the backing of the squad. Noble’s tweet didn’t cause the unrest. The unrest was caused by David Sullivan.
Whatever happens for the rest of David Martin West Ham career he goes down in West Ham folklore for keeping a clean sheet in this game!
As for rest great performance from West Ham. Sorry for doubting you Pellegrini! Can be no doubt the players are still playing for you.
I don’t care what people say to me about Yarmolenko. The truth is when he plays, and actually has a chance to impact the game, our results are always better and he’s good for a goal or assist.
Looking forward to the Moyes interview by the club account
‘Alright Gaffer. Tough defeat it really shows the fine margins doesn’t it? How unlucky were we to concede when we did? We seemed to just be getting into the game.’
Wasn’t the big PR spin last summer that we had to pay the majority of Haller’s fee upfront and that is why Pellegrini didn’t have much else money to spend?
West Ham will be looking to come to an agreement aimed at settling whatever is owed for Sebastian Haller’s transfer fee when he joined the club from Eintracht Frankfurt last summer.
The Hammers are believed to owe between £25-£30 million.

Harry Redknapp summing up Sullivan’s bewildering transfer strategy well.
‘They’ve offered to pay a massive agents fee? Why should the agent get a massive agents fee for going on loan?’
Jim White swiftly move on from the subject.
Avram Grant managed 47 games for West Ham. Won 15 games. Drew 12. Lost 20.
David Moyes is on 40 games managed for West Ham. Won 11. Drawn 12. Lost 17.
7 games to get 4 wins to match Avram’s record.
If anyone asks me again why I wanted David Moyes gone. This. This is why. Man Utd were there for the taking at home last year and we drew 0-0. Man Utd there for the taking this year. We win 3-1 because we attacked them.
Fuck off
@JimWhite
you know absolute sod all about the depth of feelings and emotion that West Ham fans feel towards Gold and Sullivan. This sort of behaviour is the sort on enabling attitude that further entrenches the divide. Embarrassing presenter.
"What do these West Ham fans want?" 😡
"Why is it they habitually complain on the eve of a new season when they should be right behind Moyes?" 👎
"Stop being on the backs of the owners all the time!"

fans to get behind the team.
David Moyes is right in his analysis here. The thing I cannot work out though is that as manager why you are letting a player do whatever they want to benefit themselves at the detriment of the team?
I hate this quote so much. Simply because Moyes for years has talked about wanting to raise expectations at West Ham. The moment he’s asked to reach those raised expectations he questions why people have those expectations.
Moyes on expectations: "We've had an unbelievable run. What would West Ham's expectations be? Would you expect us to win a European trophy? Would you expect us to be challenging for the Champions League? Not many nodding their head in here so that's the facts. (1)

Doesn’t want to pay £40m for a Premier League defender but his £35m.
Doesn’t want to go over £33m for a 19 year old defender from France.
Won’t pay £35m for a 22 year old from Italy.
Sullivan doesn’t pay. Simple.
Apparently Jim White has revealed that he was told by Sullivan that the Milenkovic deal fell through because Fiorentina want £25m plus £10m in add-ons. Really am just sick to death of this club under these clueless owners.
