Can’t make this stuff up. Yes, happened yesterday. Lawyer served notice of suit for a client (broker) whose agent is claiming a fee for a lease. The agent’s “client” says he doesn’t rep them & he doesn’t have a RE license. Other than that he’s all good! :) #CRE
