Love this video of a ref practicing before a game. In NorCal there's a ref shortage causing games to be played on Thursday. Ref's have been beat up lately causing there numbers to dwindle mainly due to the anger from adults in the stands. We need more like this.

Was awesome to have Coach Ernie Cooper sideline with his daughter, Miko at the Norcal Honor Bowl. This man is a legend at GBHS with multiple D1 section titles, 5+ players who played in the NFL, a 2012 CIF DI State championship and also took home the State Coach of the Year.

Excellent exhibition of character and respect. Refs travel, work hard, sometimes make mistakes, suffer the painful consequences and do this all on a minimal paycheck, and then go home to their families. This is amazing character & thank you young man for honoring them.
