Fantastic question. And my answer is yes. At a time when orgs are being punished for DEI, companies like McDonalds and Amazon and Target willingly tossed all their initiatives overboard rather than defend them. Bending isn’t breaking and this president is saying that inclusion is a strength he seeks to support under the pressure not to from the government. That’s having values.

Yes. More Orgs have recently told workers to show up in the office 5 days a week. But hybrid is clearly thriving with office occupancy around jut 50% most days. #WFH #Leadership #FutureOfWork

Perhaps hard to find evidence that any CEO specifically prefers to not pay a fair wage. But it isn’t hard to find evidence that many CEOs purposely pay people wages as low as they can get away with. Walmarts pay plans over the years have clearly left workers earning < a livable wage.
