The Burrunan dolphin (Tursiops australis) 🐬 was named using a word from the languages of the Kulin nation, meaning "large sea fish of the porpoise kind”. ⚠️ It is currently listed as Critically Endangered ⚠️ ❗Learn more here #marinemammalfoundation
