You know they are investigating the appropriateness of those dollars. You will get them if there are actual needs in your state and not bogus projects which knowing you is highly likely. Don't waste more dollars by bringing it to court. The court bill will be deducted from State dollars and you are wasting the dollars you are fighting for.
