TCL tv: I have bought two within a 3 year period and they have malfunction with a black screen. Contacted customer service and had to go through hoops to see if they could replace it. Maybe your warranty should be longer since the product is not good. 😌@TCL_Global

@CarlsJrCA worse customer service ever. The lady was rude. She was rushing my order. I asked for sauces and she rudely told me she needed to charge me for some. I mean it’s not a cheap meal. Customer service should be better.

@AMCTheatres been a long time stub member and didn’t know they were limits on free popcorn refills. One thing is letting their customer know the limits and another thing is making customers feel stupid and treating them with disrespect. Manager was rude. #badcustomerservice

@BurgerKing we live in San Diego Ca and visited one of your restaurants! The next day half of my family was sick. The cheese on the fries was old. The Jalapeno poppers were old. The chicken nuggets were raw. My daughter still recovering from the bad food. The worse cust service
