Purchased a Samsung washer from Lowe's with the 5 yr protection plan on Oct. 22. On Dec 8th the washer powered off and locked a load inside. Filed a claim on the same day and we're still without a washer, a resolution, and our his winter clothing. @MarvinREllison @Samsung
