π―Just published our research on triathlon warm-up procedures, based on athlete surveys. πββοΈπ΄ββοΈπββοΈ We aimed to create a snapshot of athletes' routines and behaviors before Olympic distance events and look forward to seeing how these insights will be applied in practice
The last (but not the least?) paper from my PhD was just published! π₯³ How do triathletes perform their warm-up? Are scientific guideines and practical practice in accordance?! @M_Francesca1971 @SiVillanova @MarcianoAlessio @LepersRomuald @Oscarlobel95
