The Food Professor catches the Trudeau government trying to hide the true cost of the carbon tax on food. A tax on the farmer who makes the food and truckers who ship the food is a tax on all who eat. 🪓 the tax. Bring home low prices.

So, let me get this right: the party who prorogued in 2008 and 2009 is arguing that the party who prorogued in 2020 should not do so, quoting a video showing the head of the party who prorogued in 2020 arguing in 2009 that the party who prorogued should not do so. Right.

I can't believe that the anti-expertise, anti-education discourse has become so popular that we have to defend our credentials against a populist career politician whose knowledge of economics is probably limited to an introductory course and a pamphlet on Hayek.

What on earth are you talking about? Carney was appointed Chair of Trudeau’s Economic Growth Council four months ago and the Council itself doesn’t even exist yet. I don’t like Trudeau but BS like this makes me think you’re not much better.

How has Carbon Tax Carney performed as Chair of Trudeau’s “Economic Growth Council?” . Well, under Carney’s policies, Canada’s income is smaller than in 2018 and has dropped more than any other G7 country, while U.S. incomes soar.

Cutting off all communication to a population of 2.2 million is unacceptable. Journalists, medical professionals, humanitarian efforts, and innocents are all endangered. I do not know how such an act can be defended. The United States has historically denounced this practice.

Two key questions that journalists need to ask the government. 1. How is it fair that residents of some provinces will get a 15% sales tax cut while others will only get 5%. 2. Why will retirees and others who did not work in 2023 not receive the « rebate ».
