@LibertyCappy No. But the fact that this has repeatedly been showing up for years says that there are people who REALLY want us to be.

@TideBlitz I was born in 1982. I knew a kid in elementary school who grew up, got married, had kids, and then in his 30s decided he would start identifying as trans/female.

@arthur_url1986 @Blader838 @RealCoffeeChoco @MightyKeef @shoheikondo They’re also essentially plugged into the Matrix when experiencing all this. Creative liberties indeed.

I can honestly say I’ve never sought to destroy any video game environments for nefarious reasons, save for maybe the Wolfenstein games. That said, I definitely notice when they’re not destructible. It’s a realism thing for me. They should be. If I have a sword I should be able to cut through a door curtain with it.

Ubisoft’s pre-game sensitivity message is about the development of the game, not every possible action a player could come up with. In fact, according to the OP, Ubisoft’s depiction of a Japanese religious site showed such attention/sensitivity to detail that an actual Japanese person felt an emotional reaction to seeing it destroyed by a player. In a nutshell. The positive is the design of the digital religious site, while the negative is the actions of the player. Kondo is conflating the two.

Twitter is full of people who cannot think deeper than one thought at a time. This is why it’s so easy to spread disinformation. The weaponization of the soundbite happened long ago, first in radio, then in television. So, omitting context is certainly not a new tactic. But we haven’t learned. Today, when information has never been easier to acquire and/share, social media has instead been reduced to simply being a megaphone for our own ignorance.

@Delerat7 @RonFilipkowski Why would an American company choose to buy their shirts from China?

@marlo_safi I’m a 42 year old man and I find her content refreshing. Also, I have a 16 year old daughter and I feel Brett provides a glimpse into the younger generation’s political perspective.

@PEWilliams_ Is your solution to continue taking advantage of the fact that people who break the law will work for as little as possible?

Their account was built up on doing exactly what they’re doing here… giving these types the exposure they so desperately crave. The fact that when the majority of people see this they mock this sort of behavior is simply society pushing back. Congratulations. You’ve discovered that your opinions vibe with other bad opinions. The next step is discovering that you need to course correct, but that takes a bit more critical thinking. You can do it!

@SenDuckworth After tragedy strikes…. • Trump is pointing to a potential cause, in an attempt to stop future tragedy. • You are trying to score political points. Which one of these lacks compassion?

@DiscussingFilm The Earth-616 Steve Rogers is retired, yes. But we all know that's not who he'll be playing, right?

Do you not understand context, or are you willfully excluding it? Because this is an embarrassingly bad take. Do you seriously believe they took all those prisoners into a recording studio? The context here is that he's saying he had nothing to do with the literal recording of the voices. He explains that his involvement was utilizing it to raise funds. In this case, "going to the studio" had nothing to do with recording the voices. It's all in the videos you shared.

@RightWingCope Did you even watch the video, or are you really as ignorant as you come across? The video clearly explains that he's here legally. He's not getting deported. She's complaining about excessive red tape, due to bad policies.
