If this is the case, @jagograhakjago have to take care from hare. And i will have to take it.

It's been more then a month I still haven't received the replacement, even now the new delivery date is 11th Dec. Even though I have plans to go out of town on 7th Dec. I communicated ever things to them to delive product as soon as possible but no response.

Each time when I try to ask for any update for 5 days. And stated that they will send replaced part by 4th Dec as part is in under manufacturing. But after some more continuous call and customer support calls they said to send full replacement. (4/n)

Same photos and videos i have uploaded to complaint portal, and these guys took 15 days to identify that yes product was damaged. Unfortunately I had to cancel my plan to go out. Even after that they stated that "we will only ship damaged part." (3/n)

as soon as possible, they continue saying that I will have to wait for 5 days. Eventually Carpenter appear on 3rd day. He opened the box and checked the product, It was DAMAGED out of the box. He shoot videos and photos and reported to his upper management. (2/n)

Which I know is illegal, According to Croma Policies it clear that Croma doesn't charges any Handling Fees pr delivery charges even if we buy product from Store. @cromaretail request you to look in to this forcefully charges.
