Following requests from people who either missed our August Gala or were disappointed that 31 233 didn't run that weekend, we are running an End of Season event on the 26th & 27th October. Locos running will be 31233,31105,11103 and 03 158. "Brookfield" will also be operating.

Today we ran a re-creation freight with Drewry 11103, it went well and looked quite realistic π. @railadvent @railwaysillus

Only the finishing touches and minor details to complete now on Drewry 11103 π, All the skirts are now fitted with the rest of the vinyls to be applied. 11103 will be running for the first time at Mangapps during our August Gala on 23rd - 26th π.

A lot has been happening on Drewry 11103 in the last few weeks, the front cowcather is now permanently fitted and the rear one temporarily . Yesterday one of our volunteers has been working on some mountings for the sideskirts,with the panels being painted as well ππ
