@ruizbarca8 @NealGardner_ When did you see him play a cdm? He was never properly deployed in that position.. Yet I don't necessarily see him there... A double pivot with gavi and pedri a de jong in front would be excellent.. My point is you can't have such quality and not use it.

I'm just stating that de jong is a very good player, and if he decides to leave there will be a lot of top teams wanting him in.

@BarcaCulture @NealGardner_ He's clearly not 100%... I've seen him before to know what he can do. You can't judge a player based on a clip. Also defending doesn't necessarily mean being aggressive... Sometimes you defend space or the potential pass.

@SamuelXETM @NealGardner_ Flick plays with a double pivot... Pedri and gavi are perfect there... And i don't think casado is as good as you think he is... He's hardworking.. He's talented.. But he's physically weak... If I had to add a defensive element to that midfield I'll choose Garcia over casado.

@NealGardner_ So we have pedri, cubarsi and lamine, who seem to be generational talents, gavi, araujo, and baldi who are top tier talents all in our team with no real expense.. Yet we're still the team who suffers the most in Europe on both financial and sporting levels... Nice
