New Jersey only allows you to recruit 8th graders and boy the experience l've had so far is crazy. Most kids rather go to a big name school and sit the bench or not play varsity rather than go to a smaller school and develop with varsity reps just to look good to their peers

My Pioneer Academy played TOGETHER today and pulled out a 81-69 win against a Midland Park High School team that shot the lights out. We move to 10-8 on the season. First double digit win season since the school joined the state! Keep going!!

For 3 quarters my Pioneer Academy team fought like Hell against a very talented and disciplined Montgomery High School until the wheels fell off in the 4th. 82-51 final score but not a representation of how the game went. I don’t do moral victories but I loved the fight! 9-8

My Pioneer Academy team lost 83-52 to Watchung Hills High School tonight. Played against a team that was ready for a Friday night fight. Rich thoughts, poor habits! Have to get better, no excuses! 9-7 overall
