Im so glad to help support Cincinnati Childrens. I've volunteered and donated to them for years because they are a great hospital. Standing on business to help ensure the survival of the patients is great. For those missing the point. If the kid died because of their parents being dumb about vaccines, they had effectively waisted a heart that another child could have had and lived.

What has been refuted? I didn't try to sneak anything in. I asked for clarification, which you agreed to. My answer wasn't complicated. You asked, "How one should not kill innocent people," not purport to the real world. My answer is that it doesn't because the question is meaningless if there isn't a relationship with some sort of goal. The qualifier of a goal is what would connect it to the real world....but it doesn't without it. An epistemic fact, such as 2+2=4, doesn't need the qualifier. That's true for all people, in all locations, at all times. Whereas the same cannot be said of moral proclamations.
