Clutch win by PCS last night playing great defense behind a solid arm. Prep is known to come back explosive after a loss. If PCS wants to win, they will have to come out with hot bats and pitchers need to be elite. Exciting young team!

Predictions for PCS vs. Prep: I believe it will be a very good 3 baseball games. But in the end I think Prep has the better bullpen and pitching staff. Both teams can hit extremely well, I’m excited to see what each team will bring to the table

I got JA winning tonight because of the way they have dominated all year long. JA is the team to win it IMO. Don’t count MRA out though, they can get very hot.

Great game RCA vs. PCS. I like PCS game plan defensively. Help on Walker and sag off guards to force the three. Walker isn’t used enough in RCA offense; should be getting her the ball low imo. Jones looks more comfortable; expect a great 2nd half. PCS guards are very dangerous.

Boys. PCS girls are also gonna take a huge hit with Sherer gone; they will probably pick some players up in the offseason though. 6A girls are good but 5A is on a different level of tough

PCS is losing some key seniors but will still have a chance. Prep always seems to end up playing great late in the season. You can’t count anyone out in 6A.

This is tough. Both teams had studs for players. They were both very dominant in their own respective ways. IMO Hartfield and JA were the best teams in the state. Hartfield had the better season though.

Those 5A matchups are gonna be fun to watch in a tough district! 6A softball is a joke with the only competition being between Hartfield and Prep. I’ve heard Parklane didn’t even want to go down to 5A because 6A was such a breeze

It is too late to worry about that now. The main way to succeed (especially in 6A) is to recruit key players. The future of the MAIS has already proven to be bringing in players on scholarship. If you don’t you will definitely be left behind

Definitely a very good team but seemed to lack a sense of urgency on Monday. If PCS can keep Walker off the boards and stop Jones’ mid range jumper, the guard matchup should be pretty even. Sherer will do her thing. I like PCS chances considering their experience and success.

MRA and Prep will be the leaders in the 6A division. 6A is always extrememly tight though with multiple schools with a chance!

ERA vs. MRA tonight!
Should be a great game with ERA being an offensive powerhouse and MRA with elite defense. ERA guards can all shoot and have a great post presence in Stevens. MRA has the experience and play solid on both sides of the court. I got MRA winning it all.

Walker, Jones, and Griffin are all D1 players and can score well. The 6’4 Walker moves very well but is mainly effective on offensive rebounds, so Hunter/Berry will have to make a constant effort to find her. She is not utilized as well as she could be considering her size IMO

IMO Tyler, I think that if I am PCS, I am pushing it in transition. Most of the time should be a mismatch down on the offensive end.

Jones is very shifty with a great pull up mid range and will be hard to guard. Don’t know who guards her, maybe Gerald. 6’3 Griffin’s playing time is down, but has had a 32pt game. I assume Pennebaker will be on her. Definitely gonna be tough for PCS, but a very winnable game.
