@SamsungIndia Last 9 years of my Gulf life i brought more than 10 samsung phones.2010 onwards am using samsung phones.After software updation my 2 and half year old s21 got several lines on display.Purchased from gulf dats y No solution. Thank you samsung for #Noreply policy๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ

Disappointed! @SamsungIndia, no response after 2 weeks. By servicing Indian-purchased products but denying gulf buyers, you are acknowledging a discriminatory policy.Don't need Gulf customers? Please respond or say if you can't help. #SamsungIndia #CustomerSupport #SamsungGulf

@Samsung @SamsungMobile @SamsungIndia After software update , I'm getting horizontal lines on my screen! Since I didn't buy it in India, I'm being denied a free display replacement. Now I'm being asked to pay 25% of the device's price for a repair! As a global brand, how can you justify such discriminatory policies?
