Can someone please tell me why it’s impossible to speak to anyone at @O2 who knows what they’re doing?? Trying to cancel a contract that’s been a disaster from the start, within 14 day period, and it seems to be impossible. Been put on hold now after an hour 🤬

@OfMustAndMash I did semester 2 all online in lockdown with @EDW_WSET and @burgundywineman and honestly it was the best. We had an online study group which was fantastic. Highly recommend!!
