How to get noticed:.1. Bust it down the line even when you know your going to be out.2. Take an extra base on dirt balls.3. Dive for a ball that you know you can’t get to. (You’d be surprised).4. Hit a hustle double.5. Find barrels (doesn’t matter if they’re hits).Just play hard.

I was watching college baseball this afternoon and my son kept jumping around and I didn’t know why. so i started to pay attention and realized he was getting a secondary lead like the runner on tv. you never know who’s watching. play the game hard, play the game right.

Just saw @KingofJUCO tweet about how he went to USF. in 2010 we played USF in a tournament, I got thrown out twice trying to steal and to this day talk about how the best catching arm I ever played against was the kid at USF. had no idea that was you bro! 🤯.

Just got an interesting email back from a kid regarding a camp invite. He said his HS coach “forbids” them from attending camps during the school year….Someone explain this to me? We can’t go recruiting from Oct-March…so how are your players supposed to be seen??.

Had multiple offers to attend D2 schools out of Juco. @CoachCSFA told me he would give me a chance to walk on and earn my spot in the fall at SFA. he put me on scholarship after a week of practice. 2 year starter at 2B. been coaching here for 8 years now! #AxeEm.

“Hold your line”, “resist the rollover”, “top hand through it”, “stay palm up as long as you can”. whatever your cue. whatever you wanna call it. this is good stuff.
You can see his grip 'slip' slightly at launch, tells you a lot about what's going on. Then see how long he stays in his swing with his palm up; Arenado type hand finish.

My wife is an absolute freakin rockstar. I was up and gone by 5am to recruit this morning and she got both kids dressed and fed and had Hudson at school 15 minutes before I usually get him there…all that on a torn ACL! Your the 🐐 @alexisnicole18 !!!.

This one hurts…Coach C made me a division 1 coach at 23 years old, taught me more in my 10 years there than I could ever have imagined. One of the most loyal human beings walking this earth. A great coach but an even better person! Wouldn’t be where I am today without him.

I know he didn’t play well at all, but I have a ton of respect for Kyle Trask. all his playmakers bailed on him and sat out the bowl game and he showed up and competed. Idc if he struggled that’s the kind of guy I want right there. I’m rooting for that guy moving forward.

Wilson Ramos' pop time on that caught stealing of Victor Robles? 1.85 seconds. That's his fastest pop time on a caught stealing tracked by Statcast (since 2015). BTW, Robles had a 29.3 ft/sec sprint speed on the play. That's just below the 30 ft/sec elite threshold. Speediness.

Today we said goodbye to our best friend. Hoz was the most loving dog from the day we brought him home. He loved to run and play and would never short you on kisses. We will miss him so much. But I know he is up in doggy heaven, pain free, chasing all the squirrels.
