I’ve seen a lot of hate toward @ProtonPrivacy lately and while I’m not getting into the politics of one reason for that (if you know, you know), I’m not just talking about that. We don’t shit on competitors here, if you can even call us that (we don’t think we are, we’ve seen it said many times that we are). We’ve all had growing pains and the only way to have zero complaints is to have zero users. So here’s to @ProtonPrivacy for an excellent service and being wonderful industry peers. May your hats fly as high as your dreams. - Jarland

@nine14dotio Use this for the login issue: It’s intentionally a bit hidden because we seem to be unable to offer such a form without people trying to flood it with presales questions (too high cost, too low conversions, for now).

RT @NetworkChuck: Hey, don’t use the DeepSeek app, use the local models with @ollama instead. Their privacy policy for the app is nuts.

If you hate nice interfaces, and despise the way most transactional providers give you solid data beyond just bounce emails for you to handle yourself, no one works harder to earn the inbox for their customers than we do. I know it, because look at how the people who threatened that feel about us:

We’ve finally given up on the old hostnames that we carried over to a new server some years ago. The and hostnames will not have renewed SSL. You’ll want to use instead. Reach out via ticket for a free billing cycle (unless you pay monthly, then let’s make it 12 cycles) for asking you to do this. We’ve had to break some things for several years to do this and we’re going to take the opportunity to rip off the bandaid for the few customers still using those old server names. Same server though, no change, just finally enforcing its real hostname.
