It’s a good day for Indian Country! SB182 has passed the Senate & heads to the House. It allows tribes to better collaborate on protecting their language & culture. Tribes can use funding to connect with states & national groups, while protecting materials for future generations.

The GOP can't take no for an answer. Despite voters supporting abortion rights in 2024, they’re still trying to invade privacy. This definition of personhood is dangerous, and would limit women’s access to fertility care like IVF, alongside other reproductive healthcare. #mtpol

@KellyKortum and @MTHouseDems are hard at work! A HUGE thanks to the brave Montanans who showed up to testify. Housing is expensive, and rental application fees don’t help. HB311 will require landlords to refund Montanans their application fee if they do not get the property.

Don’t let them fool you. MT Republicans are attacking our public schools. HB320 would provide up to a $7,000 tax credit to private & religious school parents. Public school parents aren't eligible. HB320 is a threat to our struggling education system & MT public school families.

Having a nonpartisan judiciary keeps political bias out of the courtroom and stops judges from being bought and bribed. The MTGOP's idea to make the judiciary political would dramatically erode the rights of Montanans and the sanctity of our Constitution.
