I appreciate having the opportunity to sit next to @coachliddle for three seasons at K-State. I was definitely a part of the 15% gain. He's a great example and representative of the K-State FAMILY.
Northwestern University found that sitting within 25 feet of a high performer at work improved an employee’s performance by 15 percent. But sitting within 25 feet of a low performer hurt their performance by 30 percent. That’s an enormous effect!.

Well said by Coach Scott. We as coaches have the responsibility to teach, educate, and help built up young men for the present/future. Our inability to fix their current problems is challenging. Players need to know that they have their coach supporting them during these times.
