This is great but racism happens on 4 levels; structural, cultural,institutional and individual level and all 4 have got to be addressed at the same time. Often those in positions of power deny or defend the systems that perpetuate racism. Happy to discuss in detail.
During the Anti-Racism in Education summit, First Minister @JohnSwinney spoke of the value of leadership in supporting Anti-Racism practices in schools. Held virtually, the summit brought together education leaders to discuss ways to embed anti-racist approaches in education.
