Just found out that my Uncle Roger has passed away, just want to say a few words. He was a great man, great husband and great father. He embraced Hawaiian culture and is beloved by the family. He was a handicapper for The Rio, probably fueling my love of betting. Rest easy Uncle

The HI State Senate claims that UH coaching search is moving too quickly proves they have no knowledge how college football works. Signing day is in a couple of weeks, UH literally doesn’t have the time to wait. A decision must be made and signed off by this weekend.

Ohio’s new law when it comes to transgender participation in female high school athletes does not protect women athletics. It forces women to prove their sexual identity though invasive inspections. That is trauma and a way to make women not want to compete. Unacceptable.

I think one of the best things about the Timmy Chang hire is his contract. Obviously on the low end in the MW, life changing money for which I know he’ll use to help his family and others. Better part, his kids get an opportunity to live in the islands.

If the US allowed states to dictate their own education, many children would not know of evolution, segregation, slavery, accurate info about the Civil War, protests over Vietnam and so much more.
This would also mean that states could greatly reduce funding for schools

fan is that UH won’t be able to keep their top players due to their lack of an NIL market. I don’t blame anyone for going after the money, especially with rumored 6 figure buyouts. Just wish the school had a plan to keep top talents in Manoa.

treatment of players. I.E. Ray Rice vs Calvin Ridley vs Deshaun Watson, people think the NFL doesn’t care about women. Not true. The NFL doesn’t care about anybody. Not men, not women and definitely not it’s players. It cares about making money.

The craziest part about UH football is that they're literally 1 NY6 bowl appearance away from fixing all the issues in their department. Not an easy task at all but after the CFP, there's 8 slots open. I remember a UH coach who took Hawaii to a BCS game. Make the call.
