IMO, it also has to do with all of the climate change/disaster rhetoric coming from the state and federal governments. This amps the risk, hence the insurance companies now have a reason to either hike rates or leave. Dark times for the middle class

2023 sucked. My moms cancer diagnosis, her husband’s dementia diagnosis, my brother’s run ins with the law and my son’s depression were he is sleeping 15 hrs/day. After all of this, I still have faith and believe in

I live in palm beach county. Went to the beach this weekend and had lunch at 2 restaurant. Besides wearing a mask at the restaurant, life is normal here. FYI, my 77 yr old dad had COVID and is fine. He has diabetes, recent HA and had 2 cancers. ❤️Florida

Pubic housing has always been a disaster. Unsafe, unsanitary and not fit. It’s been this way for decades. I should know. My dad was director of housing in a large city in NJ and had security guards whenever he went to job sites. To blame this on the current admin is a lie.
