Today, Senior Presidential Advisor for Special Operations joined other mourners in Kanyandahi Fort Portl to celebrate the life of Mrs Adyeeri Muhanganzima the mother to the Muhangaz. In his speech, SPA/SO described Adyeeri as a great woman & strong sptr to the govt.
