On Dec 5th, PICKET FOR A FAIR CONTRACT. After >20 bargaining sessions, MGB has made clear they think our labor is worth no more than a 2.5% effective paycut. As one of the backbones of this hospital system, it's time to stop asking MGB to recognize our worth & time to force them.
