@Harry_Sagan But the point is that the bill is basically making zero contracts un usable for the employer, so they aren’t in a position to offer it in the first place

@Harry_Sagan It should still be an option if both parties agree and not made unusable. Burst pipe or something. Paying to get that fixed + lost business. Then on top of that having to compensate workers who weren’t even in attendance? Utterly ridiculous

@Harry_Sagan Voting against the bill doesn’t make anything worse for the average owner. The bill is putting far too much stupid shit into law that will fuck small businesses up, for example having to pay zero hour contracts compensation for cancelled shifts
