Yeah they changed it in the Superbowl 52 and rewarded a Catch to the Eagles! That ref said “The Ball Moves and I’m ok with that” in THAT SAME DAMN STADIUM! The NFL has no idea what a “Catch” is
NFL eliminated “surviving the ground” in its requirements for a catch back in 2018 yet it was used to overturn a TD catch in 2022.
