There are things you should always look out for, in any single young man that is close to 30 and above. 1) He should not sleep in your house, unless it's an emergency, even if he's the one paying for the rent. 2) His level of thinking & the friends he keeps should show a reasonable degree of maturity & decorum. 3) He should not be jobless. He must be doing something & it should be seen that he can take care of himself. 4) If you are the one that is always pushing him to be better, & he shows non-chalant attitude, then he's not ready to grow beyond where he is. 5) You must not be older than he is, and your education, societal or social status should fairly align, or he's way ahead of you. 6) You should be pleased with how he cares for his siblings and parents. 7) He should spend more time making money, than he spends going to his religious place of worship. 8) If you're sexual with him, you must be satisfied with how he does it, & be okay with the size of his penis. 9) You must be able to pinpoint how he has been able to change your life for the better, & what value he brings to the relationship. 10) You must have tested his temperament to see how he handles issues, and he's not always the one that apologizes everytime. 11) He's a ladies' man, & not too clingy. He can go for hours, without disturbing you with calls and texts. 12) You're scared of losing him, & you show him respect because he deserves it. 13) He's not a fraudster, & not sympathetic to fraudsters. 14) He keeps to his words most of the time, and he's kind to you. 15) He has his own place where you can visit him, & be comfortable in it. Don't waste your prime with any man within that age, in the name of "I am in love". By the time those men will be ready & serious, they may be 40, & be looking for much younger ladies to marry. Know what you need & go for it. Create boundaries for him, & stop cheating & begging him for money. Except you want to be fooling around. End.
