National School Librarian Day was over Spring Break, so today is the "make-up" day. Please join us in celebrating our school librarians and media specialists. They provide the needed supports and engage our students in reading, whether it be for fun or information. Thank you!

The MJSHS Agriculture Department will have their annual Flower Sale this coming Saturday from 9-noon. Flowers will be sold on a first come, first serve basis behind the high school. BTW - They look incredible and smell even better!

It is National Administrative Professionals' Day and we are incredibly lucky to have such a great group taking care of each building. Their job description should read "Do whatever needs to be done, and then some" because that is what they do. Thank you!

Manchester High School is hosting an Advanced Placement Art Exhibition on May 20th from 6:00-8:30PM in the high school commons. This is a great opportunity to support the visual arts and MJSHS. You will be amazed at what these young artists have created!

It is National School Bus Driver Appreciation Day and we want to extend a huge thank you to our drivers and aides. Students will change teachers and buildings, but many start their day with the same welcoming driver for their 13 years of school. Thank you!

Mr. Eichenauer and Mr. Shock (MHS Class of '24) celebrated Earth Day with our elementary students today. They discussed the 3 Rs related to plastic. Recycle, Reuse, and Reduce. The day concluded with a hike around the MES campus identifying trees and flowers.

The Class of 2024 had the opportunity to practice their interview skills as a part of Mock Interview Day for Manchester's Senior Success Seminar. We appreciate the 25 community members who took time out of their day to interview our seniors.

The preschool packets are now available to be picked up from the elementary office. Registration is open to 3 and 4 year olds. If you or someone you know has a child who is ready for preschool, please complete one of these packets to reserve a spot.

The MIS Math Bowl Team won the 28th Annual Indiana Academic M.A.T.H. Bowl Regional competition last evening hosted at the Honeywell Center. This was a great opportunity for our students to combine their knowledge with teamwork. Congratulations to the students and Coach Collett!

The Moose Family Center is graciously hosting another fundraising breakfast to help support programming at Manchester Community Schools. The proceeds from this Saturday's All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast will benefit our Unified Flag Football program. Thank. you for your support.

Manchester Community Schools will have an elearning day tomorrow, Monday, April 8th. We hope everyone has a chance to safely observe the eclipse and we look forward to seeing our students again on Tuesday.

MIS hosted its annual Dodgeball Tournament yesterday. All 4 games were very competitive which added to the excitement. The championship game came down to one player left for both the 6th grade and staff. In the end Mrs. "This is Our" House secured the victory for the staff.

Manchester Elementary School hosted Math Day today. The students engaged in hands-on, math related activities that allowed them to apply their knowledge of a wide range of topics. Stations included activities like math games, card stacking, and the symmetrical drawing.
